Q: How do I order balloon pickup in Las Vegas?
A: Easy! Just browse our Balloon Packages, choose your favorite, select a pickup time at checkout, and you’re set.

Q: How far in advance should I place my balloon order?
A: We recommend 1–3 days in advance, but same-day balloon pickup in Las Vegas 89120 may be available depending on stock. Always worth checking!

Q: How long do helium balloons last?
A: Indoors, you’ll get 24-30hrs of float time without the extended float upgrade. Outdoor heat, sun exposure, balloon poppin' pranksters or wind will shorten that lifespan.

Q: Where do I pick up my balloon bundle?
A: Our curbside warehouse pickup location 5967 Harrison Drive Suite 8 Las Vegas 89120. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with exact directions.

Q: Do you offer balloon delivery in Las Vegas?
A: Not at this time. We specialize in fast, fun curbside pickup for party balloons so you can get back to the fun.

Q: Can I walk in and buy balloons?
A: Not at the moment! We’re curbside only and pre-order only to ensure your balloons are fresh, fast and ready on time.

A: We’re proud to serve 89120, 89123, 89121, 89119, 89183, and surrounding neighborhoods and the Las Vegas, Henderson area as long as your willing to drive to us for curbside pickup, we got you.

Q: Can I request custom balloon bundles?
A: Sometimes! Send us a message or email with your ideas and we’ll see if we can make your Las Vegas balloon dreams come true.

Q: What if I miss my scheduled balloon pickup?
A: We’ll hold your balloons for 30 minutes. After that, give us a call and we’ll do our best to reschedule. Missed pickups are non-refundable. i.e. If you choose 10:00 for your pick up, we will hold your balloons until 10:30 before you need to reschedule.
