Due to the custom and perishable nature of our helium balloons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

 

Damages and Issues

Order Cancellations

 

You may cancel your order for a full refund up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery time. After this 24-hour window, cancellations are not permitted.
