At We Poppin’, each bouquet is custom-inflated fresh for your celebration. Because balloons are perishable and prepared in advance, we’ve created a cancellation policy that balances flexibility for our customers with the care and materials our team invests.

⏰ Cancel Up to 24 Hours Before Pickup

• Orders canceled 24 hours or more prior to pickup are eligible for full store credit equal to the value of your order.

• Store credit can be applied toward any future order and never expires.

🚫 Same-Day & Less Than 24 Hours Notice

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup cannot be credited or refunded, as your balloons will already be purchased, inflated, or in preparation.

• All same-day orders are final sale.

🎉 Rescheduling

• Need to move your celebration? If you notify us 24+ hours in advance, we’re happy to reschedule your pickup using your store credit toward a new date.

🚗 A Note About Pickup

Balloons are big, bouncy, and love to take up space! Please make sure your vehicle is large enough to comfortably fit the bouquet(s) you’ve ordered. SUVs, vans, or trucks with empty backseats work best—compact cars may struggle to carry larger bundles. (We’d hate to see your balloons squished!)
